Our objective is to make sure that the fit is right for all parties, so we tend to follow a process that is more rigorous than most in order to get the right results. When we contact the candidate we follow a series of questions that is designed to give us an indication into what drives that person professionally and personally. By listening carefully, we can also form a professional judgement there and then as to the suitability of the candidate to be matched with the job they are going for.

We also ask the candidate to do their own research on the company that are offering the job. We ask this to find out how committed the candidate is and to see if the company feels right for them. We then get back in touch with the candidate for further discussion. By listening again at this point, we can potentially pick up on any concerns or issues before finally submitting your details to the client.
