When Primary ICT and Lea Consultancy started to work together it was due to the clients dissatisfaction with a previous provider. So we, at Lea Consultancy had to restore their faith by finding the right candidate for their organisation.

Our ethos is matching the right people to the right job, so we were confident that we could deliver the right candidate. Once again, by listening to the needs of the candidate and the client we were able find the right person for Primary ICT.

One of our key policies is to find a free replacement within 3 months if the candidate doesn’t work out. We rarely have to exercise this policy and in this case we didn’t either, but the previous provider didn’t have a policy like this and this caused the dissatisfaction.
