We know that the right candidate won’t be found by desperation. The right candidate is found through expert knowledge, dedication to cherry picking the best professionals from the sector and by taking time to understand your values as a business.
15% +VAT on basic salary with a retainer paid upfront.
Our Retained recruitment solutions package means:
- You pay less. Simple. In return, for 3 months we will be the only recruiter you use.
- You enable us to focus not only on candidates who are actively looking to move, but we can cultivate relationships with candidates who are passive in the market.
- After 3 months if you have not offered to a candidate we recommend, you can choose to bring on other agencies should you wish to.
- Our retained clients will also receive a 5 Year Employment History Report for your preferred candidate which includes references and company checks.
20% +VAT on basic salary at appointment.
Our Exclusive recruitment solutions package means:
- You’re not paying upfront. In return, for 2 weeks we will be the only recruiter you use.
- We can focus on candidates who are actively looking for new roles but we have time to filter these candidates down to those who are not just qualified and experienced, but their character and values match your own.
- After 2 weeks, if you have not offered to a candidate we recommend, you can choose to bring on other agencies should you wish to.
